Last week, I revealed my 2023 word for the year, which is CONTINUE. I chose that word because I want to continue with some of the positive momentum I have established in many areas of my life. In thinking more about it this week, I decided that I did want to have some goals to keep me moving forward and CONTINUING to make progress in several areas of life. I made few goals this year, and have made them a little easier to follow and keep. The one exception, is my reading goals, where I have made specific goals on the genres and number of books I want to complete. Here are the goals I decided on. I plan to do goal check-ins from time to time in my blog.
General Goals for the Year
*Move back into our "income property" home
*Renew my teaching license for what will probably be the last time before retirement. (Teaching licenses in Utah are good for six years).
Spiritual
*Continue to read the scriptures daily.
*Attend church regularly.
*Participate in five organized service projects.
Social - Friends and Family
*Meet up with friends or family members once a month.

Physical

*Keep calorie intake in goal range.
*Lose 5-10 lbs.

Until Next Time,
